Foreign Worker Stream: Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Foreign Worker Stream is a provincial immigration program that allows foreign workers who have a job offer from an Ontario employer to immigrate to Ontario without the requirement of a federal nomination certificate.

This program is open to foreign workers who are currently working in Ontario, as well as those who are working outside of Canada. The program is also open to foreign workers who have a job offer in a skilled occupation, even if they do not have a post-secondary degree or diploma.
