Eligibility

Be an international student who has graduated from a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada.
To be eligible for a PGWP, you must have graduated from a DLI in Canada. A DLI is a school that has been approved by the Canadian government to offer programs to international students. 

Have completed a full-time program of study that was at least eight months long.
Your program of study must have been at least eight months long and full-time. Full-time means that you must have been studying for at least 15 hours per week.

Have maintained a valid study permit throughout your studies.
You must have had a valid study permit throughout your studies in Canada. If your study permit expired, you will not be eligible for a PGWP.

Have applied for the PGWP within 180 days of graduating.
You must apply for the PGWP within 180 days of graduating from your DLI program. If you do not apply within 180 days, you will not be eligible for a PGWP.

Application process

1. Application.

Once we prepare your application, you need to pay the fee to IRCC. We make this payment directly to IRCC thru our IRCC portal.
