It’s crucial to note that these fees are exclusively for our legal services and do not cover government charges such as Visa fees, Bio-metrics, or any other fees imposed by Immigration Canada (IRCC).

The legal fees you pay us are securely held in an Escrow or In-Trust Account. This secure handling of your funds adheres to the Professional Code of Conduct set forth by CICC. According to this code, our counselors are only authorized to withdraw the funds from this account once they have fulfilled their duties as outlined in the Service Agreement. This practice ensures accountability and underscores our commitment to delivering the services you deserve.

If you are a resident of Ontario, you be liable to HST of 13% over and above the final amount of legal fee.
